  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a resealable bag.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls using a cookie dough scoop and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on the sheet.
  8. Melt red and blue candy melts separately and drizzle them over each truffle using squeeze bottles. Add sprinkles immediately after drizzling.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving.
