  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup dark soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup onions (diced)
  • 1/8 cup garlic (diced)
  • 1/8 cup ginger (diced)
  • 16 oz broccoli florets
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice apple vinegar. Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with water in another bowl.
  3. Coat the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar, and ginger powder.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a wok and sear the seasoned beef until cooked through; then remove from the pan.
  5. Sauté diced onions, garlic, and ginger in the same wok until fragrant. Add broccoli and cooked noodles; stir-fry on high heat.
  6. Gradually add the prepared sauce while mixing thoroughly.
  7. Return the beef to the wok and heat everything through before serving hot.
