Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced into rounds
  • 1 handful kale or spinach, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add olive oil. If using garlic, sauté it for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini to the pan. Stir frequently for about 5-6 minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. Incorporate chopped kale and a splash of water; cover with a lid. Steam for an additional 2-3 minutes until veggies are tender yet vibrant.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot.
