  • ¾ cup chopped Oreo cookies
  • 1.5 quarts Cookies and Cream ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture alternating with milk.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  5. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans and bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. After cooling completely, layer one cake with half the softened ice cream, top with the second cake layer, then spread whipped cream over the top.
