  • ½ pound Penne pasta
  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup Basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Half and half
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot, cook the penne pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
