  • Brownie mix (or homemade brownie recipe yielding enough for a 9×13 pan)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (2 packages)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or 2 cups Cool Whip)
  • 67 fresh strawberries (washed and dried)
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries (washed and dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325ºF and prepare your brownie batter.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased jelly roll pan and bake for 33-37 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Frost the cooled brownies with the cream cheese mixture and decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
