  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side).
