  • 200g pack chocolate chunk cookies
  • 9 vegan marshmallows (regular size)
  • black writing icing

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by cleaning the area and gathering all ingredients and tools.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 175g icing sugar with a few drops of water until smooth.
  3. Place each chocolate chunk cookie on a lined baking sheet and spread the icing over the top using a spatula.
  4. Cut each vegan marshmallow in half and place one half on each iced cookie to form the ghost.
  5. Use black writing icing to draw faces on the marshmallow halves for added character.
  6. Let the icing set for about 10 minutes before serving or storing.
