  • 2 ears corn, sliced into disks
  • 2 chicken or turkey cajun-style sausage links, sliced
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F). Cut eight sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12×14 inches).
  2. Microwave potatoes on high for 3 minutes; then slice.
