  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can Dole Pineapple Slices (quartered)
  • 1/3 cup King's Hawaiian BBQ Sauce Original
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Pan-fry the chicken until cooked through and browned on all sides. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Thread one piece of chicken onto skewers, followed by a quartered slice of pineapple, then another piece of chicken. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
