  • 1 leg quarter (bone-in, skin-on) chicken
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • Olive oil

  • Garlic (minced)
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the chicken leg quarter with olive oil, herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
