  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Melt butter on the grill and sauté minced garlic for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Toss cooked noodles onto the grill and pour the prepared sauce over them; toss thoroughly to coat.
