  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional toppings: mini pepperoni, cooked sausage, chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, olives
  • Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
