  • 2 black tea bags, premium
  • 2 Tbsps pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chai spice blend
  • 1 1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened + at room temp.
  • 1/4 cup WARM water
  • 4 cups organic All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Artisan Bread flour
  • 1 packet Rapid Rise Yeast
  • 12 tsps pumpkin spice blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar + 1 Tbsp
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 6 Tbsps unsalted butter, melted + cooled until warm
  • 2 large eggs, room temp.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
  • 1 Tbsp Dessert Lover Blend
  • 3 cups organic powdered sugar, sifted
  • 4 oz. organic cream cheese, softened at room temp.
  • 34 Tbsps cooled Chai tea mixture

Instructions

  1. Warm almond milk slightly and dissolve yeast in warm water until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, artisan bread flour, pumpkin spice blend, sea salt, and brown sugar.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: almond milk mix, maple syrup, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry mixture; knead until smooth.
  5. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into equal pieces for cinnamon rolls.
  8. Place on a baking sheet to rise again before baking at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
  9. Prepare glaze by mixing cream cheese with powdered sugar and cooled chai tea mixture.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
