Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread is the ultimate fall comfort food, combining the warm flavors of pumpkin spice and cinnamon in an irresistibly gooey pull-apart bread. This delightful treat is ideal for cozy breakfasts, festive brunches, or as a sweet snack to share with family and friends.

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces, seal, and shake until coated.
  4. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated rolls in the bundt pan; drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them. Repeat with remaining rolls and butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate; drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin spice over top.
