  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  2. Season the salmon fillet with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In a small skillet, sauté green beans in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Steam broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble your bowl by layering the salmon with roasted Brussels sprouts, sautéed green beans, and steamed broccoli.
