  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 385°F (195°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Wash the mini potatoes under cold water.
  4. In a bowl with cold water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice, carve skull faces into each potato and soak to prevent browning.
  5. Mix olive oil, remaining lemon juice (1 tablespoon), salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in another bowl.
  6. Drain the carved potatoes and coat them with the seasoning mixture.
  7. Place the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
